Terms of service
By placing an order on this website, you agree are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. Vintellect reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and will endeavour to communicate with our customers when amendments are made. We encourage you to check back from time to time to ensure you are up to date with our terms and conditions.
ORDERS
All orders will be acknowledged and processed as fast as possible. Vintellect aims to despatch all orders within 1-10 working days. All transactions are carried out in Australia Dollars.
While Vintellect makes every effort to ensure the vintages and information for each wine is up to date, sometimes wines are out of stock or have rolled vintage. If your order cannot be fulfilled exactly as you desire, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with alternatives.
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong wine, and your stock hasn’t been despatched, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know and we will endeavour to amend your order.
Once your order has been received, you will be notified by email with your invoice, delivery details and any further instructions.
Vintellect reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
RETURNS
Our returns policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to request and receive a refund or exchange if you have received faulty, damaged, or wrongly described wines. Please contact us immediately at sales@vintellect.com.au or via DM and, upon presentation of both your invoice/ proof of purchase and the faulty, damaged, or wrongly described wines (at least ¾ of the faulty bottle) within 10 days of your delivery, a refund or exchange can be arranged.
If Vintellect or its delivery service providers are at fault and cause damage to your wines, your delivery charges will also be refunded.
Please note that once you have placed an order, and your wines have been despatched, we cannot provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
Please also note that some "natural wines" may exhibit sediment and haze, which are as the winemaker intended. This will be described in the tasting notes but, if you are ever in doubt of the appearance of your wine, please contact us immediately.
