Cuttings taken in 1935 from a relative's old vines in Vine Vale so this clone is likely to be an original Barossa clone.

Soil

Sandy quartz gravel over red clay and mixed weathered rock

Winemaking

Open fermented with 25% whole bunches, using indigenous yeast. Matured in 1 older French oak puncheon. No fining or filtration and minimal sulphur added. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.
