Soils: Deep sandy loam over clay.

Clone: 1654 (own roots).

Planted by: John Neldner in 1991 up against Heinze Road.

Winemaking: Whole berry (destemmed) open fermented using indigenous yeast. Matured in 1 older French oak hogshead. No fining or filtration and minimal sulphur added. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.
