Tasting notes

The terroir brings finesse and elegance. Nose white fruits, grapefruit, flinty aromas. Mineral palate, powerful. Very nice length in the mouth, round and with a nice balance.

Pair it with...

Seafood, noble fish from the sea and rivers, some cheeses, or as an aperitif. To taste fresh around 12°C.
