Tasting Note
Brilliant yellow-gold in colour, the nose is intense with aromas of white blossom, grilled almond, and honey. The palate is fleshy and generous, perfectly balanced by a touch of acidity and a subtle oak influence, giving depth and harmony to the finish.
The particularity of the appellation Santenots, located around the village of Meursault, is that its wine is called Meursault Santenots when planted with Chardonnay and Volnay Santenots when planted with Pinot Noir. Thanks to their geographic location, Santenots wines combine power and elegance.
Food Pairing
Poultry, fish dishes, or a cheese board of goat cheeses.
