Tasting Note
Brilliant pale gold with green highlights. The bouquet shows mineral notes, white blossom, and grapefruit. On the palate, it is racy, full, and lively, with impressive complexity and persistence. Defined by finesse and elegance, it carries through to a refined finish.
The Champs Gains vineyard is located at an altitude of 330 metres, above the Montrachet and on the Meursault side. It is one of the most renowned “climats” of Chassagne-Montrachet. According to some geologists, Puligny’s geographic position imparts great elegance to its wines.
Food Pairing
Flambéed king prawns, scallops, grilled salmon steaks, or sole fillets.
