Gravières wines are produced in one of the most famous Santenay “climats”. This particularly well-exposed “terroir” yields rich wines with excellent aging potential.

Terroir: Stony clay-limestone soil rich in iron

Working method: Vines sown with grass - leaves thinned out

Maturing: 1 year in French oak barrels - 40% new oak

Production: 5,800 bottles/year

Dress: Pure ruby, bright

Nose: Refreshing blend of red and dark fruits with a hint of minerality

Mouth: Ripe fruits with noble tannins, offering a fine, long, and spicy palate
