Tasting Note

Brilliant and pure ruby in colour, this wine opens with a refreshing nose of red and dark fruits, lifted by a subtle mineral edge. The palate is vibrant and layered, showing ripe fruit supported by noble tannins, leading to a fine, long, and delicately spiced finish.

Gravières wines are produced in one of the most famous Santenay “climats”. This particularly well-exposed “terroir” yields rich wines with excellent aging potential.

Working method: Vines sown with grass - leaves thinned out
