The vineyard is situated in the far southeast of the village of Santenay. During vinification, fermentation occurs at a low temperature over an extended period, lasting up to five weeks. This process results in a rich, fruity, and well-balanced wine that is enjoyable when young but also ages exceptionally well.
Grape variety: Exclusively 35-year-old Pinot Noir vines

Working method: Vines sown with grass - Leaves thinned out
Maturing: 1 year in French oak barrels
Production: 6,000 bottles per year

Nose: Persistent aromas of blackcurrant and cherry
Mouth: Smooth, silky tannins with a balanced texture. Full-bodied yet light, offering great indulgence.
Pairing: Pairs well with cheese, roast poultry, or red meat.
